For short stays in Juffair, I normally use the Diva Hotel. This time, I had a long stay, so I wanted somewhere different. When I first arrived, I was given a room with a kitchenette on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, with the nightclubs below, this room was unbearable to stay in. The hotel reacted quickly and relocated me to the 10th floor. The rooms are of a good size, clean and with food amenities. The location is right in the middle of Juffair, easy walking g distance to nightlife, shops and restaurants. Really helpful staff and excellent value for money.

They have bar that plays loud techno house music until 5AM on the 4th floor. I was on 10th and the bass vibration came through. Clean enough, nice enough staff. I would have given 3 stars but for the music. As is 1.5 would be more like it, smell of tobacco smoke everywhere, even my no smoking room. If you can't sleep what good is a hotel.

On 9th of October 2022 at around 15:00hrs. I went to visit a friend who is checked-in on one of their rooms help me fix something with my musical instrument. No greetings not even a pleasant welcoming but instead there’s one security personnel in a light blue security uniform who will stare at you fiercely which is very rude gesture. The room is booked for 2 Pax. This rude staring security personnel stopped me and asked for an ID (again no greetings at all) I went to the reception and handed over my ID for verification which is I believe is an Hotel Policy Standard and I understand since I’ve had worked for almost all of the 5-Star Luxury Hotels & Resorts here in Bahrain then suddenly things went confusing. The staff on the reception which I handed over my ID told me the room is booked for 2 person/pax, I said okay and he told me to pay for the sum of Twelve Bahraini Dinars (BHD 12) then I asked “for what should I pay for 12 BHD?” Then the receptionist replied “Yes, for visit you have to pay BHD 12” and I was shocked! I told him this is the very first time that I encountered such thing! I worked in Four Seasons, The Ritz, Sofitel, but I never encountered charging a visitor just to visit a friend. But the receptionist has a good follow up answer, He said “those are expensive hotel nohh? We are cheap hotel that’s why we are charging visitor for it” and I was like, “Wallah… Bravo” They let me proceed but in one condition to stay only for 5 minutes. And yes after 5 minutes they called the room and went to the room with a security and a Arab speaking/looking guy wearing plain black t-shirt and regular jeans. Though I have their names, I decided not to name them. Just depend their on duty timing of 15:00 onwards.

This the third day of stay without getting a cleaning of my room, terrible services. Not getting my meals, not answering phone calls. Horrible experience, do not visit. I've booked an airport pick up and they did not send anyone. Even reservation money is not refundable of you want to cancel your reservation

I stayed one night. The stuff was nice, the food decent. At night It was quite noisy from the disco although I stayed in the 9th floor. There is a small mall in walking distance. In general the hotel was clean and the room relatively big.
